What is God saying?

God?

God? (Photo credit: DamienHR)

Several have asked what the Lord is speaking to me, it is that we have entered into a time of evangelism and reaching to the unsaved and Luke-warm. He desires us to become on fire for Him through the power of the Holy Spirit. Many have lost their ‘first love’ of Him and yet sit in our pews and are decaying as a dead man in the grave. There is no fire within our souls either for closer relationship with Him or for unsaved. The Lord has led me into An Awakening Evangelistic ministry to bring back those from the ‘dead’ in our pews and to reach the unsaved, unloved for Jesus.

We are so much like the Churches in Revelation.

As Sardis, we have left the works He has called us to. The church of today is dead. The church is full of dead man’s bones which must be resurrected to new life in Him.

We are no longer the mighty church through the Holy Spirit because our people and those of us in ministry have become complacent and satisfied with the status quo!

As with the Laodicean church, we are not desiring the Fire of the Holy Spirit. We are to worried about the future on this earth and not the future of eternal life. We have watered down the Gospel of Jesus Christ, twisted and turned it to fit our lifestyles and become so luke-warm we couldn’t take a bath in it if it was bathwater. We’d freeze to death. Instead, many of us will burn for all eternity for our lack of works and Fire.

Revelation 3: 20-21Revelation 3: 20-21
English: King James Version (1611) - KJV

20 Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me. 21 To him that overcometh will I grant to sit with me in my throne, even as I also overcame, and am set down with my Father in his throne.

“Behold, I stand at the door and knock: if any man hear my voice,

Christ is at the door

and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me. To him that overcometh will I grant to sit with me in my throne, even as I also overcame, and am set down with my Father in his throne.”

Verse 22 continues “He that has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says unto the churches.”

This is why I feel called to evangelism. Not to beat up on people but to share what the Lord is saying and showing me. We must turn from our wicked ways, get on fire for more of the Holy Spirit and move to open the door. Many of us will not even get out of our recliners to see whose at the door.

It’s Jesus! Open it today and let’s see revival in our land. As I like to say, it’s time to “POSSESS THE LAND!” God has given the Church today! Bring in the harvest. Become on fire workers for the kingdom of God not merely ‘sitters’ on the land but ‘take possession’ of it!

God bless all today!
